Brett D. Mellin
Brett D. Mellin has extensive litigation experience, focusing mainly on disputes involving Michigan’s No-Fault Act . Brett has handled both plaintiff and defense work throughout the State of Michigan. He holds a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and was a double major in International Relations and Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy at James Madison College at Michigan State University. Previously, he worked for the largest auto insurance company in the country. Prior to law school, Brett completed a prestigious White House internship in Washington, D.C. Brett is a member of the Michigan State Bar and the Michigan Association for Justice.
In his free time, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys college football and basketball.
